Event Details
The Threshold program consists of 8 two-hour group classes and unlimited, focused 1-on1 consultations with a Homeownership Counselor. Class topics include credit, budgeting, loan qualification, working with a realtor, home repair, insurance options, and weatherization and energy savings. This program gives you access to a dedicated homeownership counselor who will act as a resource for you as you work towards your dream of owning a home. This class is also great for those who have owned in the past, and want to take steps to re-establish themselves as successful homeowners. Class fees are per household. A NEDCO representative will call you once we receive your registration to set up your first personalized session with one of our counselors.
